      Gestifute deny 'disgusting and outraging' rape allegation against Ronaldo

 Cristiano Ronaldo's agents have strenuously denied claims made in a report by German magazine Der Spiegel that the Real Madrid star paid a lady to conceal an assertion of assault.

Gestifute, the games administration organization established by Ronaldo's operator Jorge Mendes, rejected the story as "a bit of journalistic fiction".

In an announcement reacting to the article, it condemned "a sickening and shocking" assertion and said Ronaldo will "give it his best shot to respond".

The announcement read: "Today, the German daily paper Der Spiegel distributed a long article with respect to an asserted allegation of assault that would have been coordinated at Cristiano Ronaldo in 2009, around eight years prior.

"The article is only a bit of journalistic fiction.

"The claimed casualty declines to approach and affirm the veracity of the allegation.

"The daily paper has construct their whole story in light of reports which are unsigned and where the gatherings are not distinguished, on messages between legal advisors whose substance does not concern Cristiano Ronaldo and whose genuineness he can't confirm, and on a claimed letter that is said to have been sent to him by the purported casualty, however was never gotten by Cristiano."

Gestifute's announcement included: "The allegations detailed by the De Spiegel are false and Cristiano Ronaldo will make every effort to respond against these.

"An allegation of a demonstration of assault is sickening and insulting, and he won't permit it to hang over his notoriety."
