The van had allegedly been trailing a tricycle from Ikeja to the Allen road zone of Lagos, after the last infringed upon an activity law and endeavor to get away from the authorities, Galaxy Television reports.
At the point when the riders dashed off trying to get away, one of the LASTMA hopped out of his van, without educating his partner and pursued the rider.
